Title IX Training Regulations (Higher Education)

The Bricker & Eckler higher education team is pleased to announce a series of Title IX courses, all available via an online webcast. All training events use discussions of what-if situations to encourage engagement with the material, and Level 2 training events include live role-play scenarios to allow participants to practice their skills. Please note that each training is divided into two days. Participants will need to attend both days to be fully compliant.

* Training material will be provided to participants for posting on their websites in accordance with new Section 106.45 (b) (10) (i) (D) of Title IX Rules. While this training includes instruction on the complaints and appeals processes required by the new Title IX regulations, it is not institution-specific and does not include an individualized assessment of policies and procedures.

Participation in these trainings is limited to employees of higher education institutions and other persons who provide services to these institutions. People not affiliated with an institution will not be allowed to attend without prior authorization. Contact Laura Schaller at [email protected] for more information or to modify an existing listing.

Level 2: Higher education Coordinator training Title IX
